An OKR is a framework that sets goals to help both individuals and teams come up with achievable and measurable tasks and goals in a set time frame. It is a tool that allows companies to communicate what they want their employees to accomplish, and the time in which they must accomplish it. Every organization, regardless of its strength, uses OKRs to make sure its strategies are completed and executed properly.
