What is Hire-Train-Deploy Model? 

Filling skill gaps has become one of the most challenging tasks for employers in today’s competitive market. Talent shortages are seen all over the globe, but more so in India. While our country is producing more than enough graduates every year with valid degrees, there seems to be a lack of understanding of practical working knowledge, which is extremely important to work in any industry. 

The hire-train-deploy model is a disruptive training program that aims to bridge the gap between an organization’s expectations and the time required to hire candidates, who require no prior, or on-the-job training, to be assigned to a particular job.   

The model is quite literal. It involves hiring an employee, training them in a specific field or for a specific skill that is in demand in the prevalent market, one that is required by the client and deploying them at the organization, job ready.

Our Approach- 4 Step Model

Hire

Using our search strategy, we identify and source candidates, and then based on the client’s requirement, we move both experienced candidates and freshers into jobs that are suitable for them. The assignment of these roles is based on their performance in skill assessments and interviews.

Train

We impart a customized training module, and our expert trainers train the candidates for a period of 4-6 weeks (depending on the candidate’s learning ability). The training is done in just those skills that are required for the job. The training sessions are conducted by trainers with several years of experience and monitored regularly by us 

Deploy

On completion of training, we set up final interviews with the client organization. Upon clearing the interview rounds, the candidate is deployed at the firm on a contractual basis, until they get an opportunity to work in an organization permanently. Sometimes, there is a chance where the candidate could be hired for a permanent job at the organization they are deployed at. 

Support

We provide on-going support to both the client and the candidate throughout the process and post deployment, to make sure that our hire-train-deploy method has been executed successfully and both parties are satisfied with the outcome. We welcome feedback from both clients and candidates to improve the hire-train-deploy process.  

With a customizable hire-train-deploy model, we engage in different training methods. We train the candidates, considering their learning ability and keeping in mind the skills deficit they have. Sometimes, the training continues for an extended period, until they are fully upskilled and are ready to be deployed at the organization.
