Steps in Our Executive Search Process

Client Meeting

A JD is discussed with the client to understand if we have got the requirements down correctly. The JD is modified according to client requirements. The preferred channels for posting the JD are also discussed with the client, if they do have any specific preferences. An ideal persona for the search is created by keeping in mind client requirements.

The Search

The search for potential candidates begins based on the skills defined by the client, both work-based and behavioral. Checks for possible cultural fit are also considered. The profiles matching with the keywords generated based on the persona and other inputs are shortlisted and presented before the hiring manager.

Research Strategy

As a reputable executive search services company, we rely on a proven strategy. A detailed discussion about the candidate’s position, role and responsibilities happens with the Hiring Manager, followed by assessment. They also chalk out a strategy to manage the next few rounds of interviews and discussions with the candidates.

Qualifying Prospects

After screening, a list of few candidates (the number depending on how stringent the client requirements are) are shortlisted and then forwarded for the next few rounds of the tests and interviews. The prospects are qualified based on some predefined criteria decided during the second and third stages.

Client Interview

Our executive search services firm then presents the final list of candidates to the client. The final candidates are then interviewed one by one by the client, who then picks the one most suitable for their business.

Negotiation & Hiring
