Campus selection will be conducted by Alp Consulting and Outsourcing Inc, and all those selected will be assured of a letter of intent or a conditional offer letter.

Only candidates with N4 Level Japanese proficiency or a preliminary knowledge of the Japanese language are eligible for campus selection.

These candidates will be provided with an apprenticeship of a duration of 1 year in a Japanese company in India or a relevant industry.

For those candidates who manage to secure N2 Level Japanese proficiency within this 1-year duration, an apprenticeship is assured in a company in Japan post your India apprenticeship.
