Acquire and manage top tier talent with our full service talent solutions tailormade for your unique industry requirements.

What We Do?

Healthcare talent challenges not only affect care quality (because poor talent will never offer great healthcare) but also lead to much lower profit margins. The number one challenge that healthcare encounters is the shortage of staff. Over a million and more staff members are needed to meet the healthcare needs by 2030. The second problem is attrition. Attrition in the adult social care segment in healthcare can be as high as 52.6%. Only one of the top healthcare recruitment agencies can help you deal with this problem effectively.

Turnover also leads to big losses of time and money in the healthcare industry. At Alp Consulting, we ensure a better cultural fit and a better environment so that the staff stay on. Recruitment must focus on retention in healthcare as much as it does on candidate retention. Another bottleneck is hiring managers moving the candidates too slowly through the recruitment process. At Alp Consulting, one of the top healthcare recruitment agencies, our hiring managers prioritize certain roles after discussing the time frame with the clients.
