Regulation 96 B Scale of Medical Benefit for Reimbursement
An Insured person and his family (Where such medical benefit extended to his family) shall be entitled to receive the reimbursement of medical treatment in emergent condition to the extend rates prescribed and published by state government or the corporation or for the Central Government Health ( CHGS)
Medical Appellate Tribunal constituted by the Governor of Himachal Pradesh ,to entertain the appeals against the decision of medical board or special medical Board in the state of Himachal Pradesh.
Provided also that in case of an insured woman who is in receipt of maternity benefit and due to reason of which a shorter contribution period is available to her in the contribution period in which the maternity benefit falls, she shall be qualified to claim sickness benefit in the corresponding benefit period if the contribution in respect of her was payable for not less than half the number of days available for working in such contribution period.”,
Notification regarding ESIC coverage of establishment in UT of Andaman and Nicobar Island
The Central Government in consultation with the Employee state insurance corporation hereby gives notice of its intention to extend the provision of Act classes of establishment specified in the schedule annexed to this notification .Any objections/Suggestion received within a period of one month of this notification will be considered by Central Government

Shops and Establishment
The Governor of Punjab formulated a scheme for the shops and establishments in the state under the Punjab Shops and Commercial Establishment Act for giving exemption from the provisions of Section 30 of the act .The exemption given will be given to the provisions towards the condition of working for women on case to case basis on receipt of application from the establishment.
The Bill introduced in the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly to amend the Maharashtra Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act 2017 and received the assent of Governor in the “Maharashtra Government Gazette” on 17th March 2022.
- The Name board of every establishment shall be in Marathi Language in Devnagiri script

The Governor of Tamilnadu makes the amendment to the Tamilnadu Shops and Establishment Rules ,1948.Rule 16 (1) the following subrule 16 (1) (a) shall be Every employer shall maintain
- Form U Register of Person employed
- Form V Register of Employment
- Register of wages in Form W
- Register of Leave and Social Security in Form X
- Form P,Q,R shall be omitted
